Where Coffee Meets Community
OCA Mocha is a community hub in downtown Arbutus that fosters ongoing engagement between UMBC and our neighboring communities and promotes economic development in southwestern Baltimore County. By fostering social opportunities and economic development, OCA Mocha serves as a catalyst to create and maintain genuine relationships between UMBC and our surrounding communities. Our office partners with the Division of Student Affairs on the endeavor.

The OCA Mocha community meeting room includes an 86” smart monitor for your next presentation or hybrid meeting, two white boards for collaboration, and reconfigurable tables and chairs to enable you to tailor the setup to your group’s specific needs. The room seats up to 36 people and is free to reserve. Check out this video to learn more.
